And I like the uh the caveats at the end there because I think that's really important that whenever we're trying something, we have to bear in mind somebody's age and stage in life, because an older adult may well be under all kinds of polypharmacy medications where they're taking multiple medications for different things that have been prescribed over the years, that have built up. podcast-host
