Their head of trading, a guy named Pablo Salome, a very senior trading executive over there, was at PIMCO a couple weeks ago.
He's actually a big tennis buff and was in town in London for Wimbledon and Popeye.
I mean, look, client visits are not out of the usual.
This is what banks do.
They visit clients and ask them what they want.
what they want to trade.
But Goldman executives have been on, yeah, a bit of a charm offensive.
I think the meetings they've been having with clients are saying, look, we do want your business.
How can we do better?
What do you want?
And there's a growing sense, I think, a realization inside the trading business over there that they have spent too much time trying to steer clients towards stuff that was good for Goldman, that had a good return, that they happen to have lying around.
And not enough time really is a customer service business.
And I think that's really starting to sink in at a very immediate level.
And look, they deserve some credit for taking some steps.
Look, some of it is they've got the wrong clients for the market.
And you can go out and try to get better clients.
But remember, all the clients deal with all of the banks.
And there's a lot of mouths to feed on Wall Street.
And so...
