I was grateful that I had done a BABcom previously, so I was able to do the one year.

And it was just the most awesome year to be able to throw yourself into study.

But yeah, I just absolutely loved studying and then kind of opening your eyes to, you know, how kids learn and the brain.

And yeah, the opportunities really are endless.

Deputy principals normally, well, actually not normally, but will often take under the role of SENCO in bigger schools.

You'll be able to have, you know, multiple deputy principals and then possibly even separate SENCO.

So a SENCO is an acronym for a Special Education Needs Coordinator.

And then as...

the needs of kids have become increasing over the last year.

And I have to kind of remind people sometimes that like it's a nationwide, probably international thing, right?

As we learn more,

It's not necessarily something that's happening just in one school.

And I would say that then came the creation of the LSE, which is the Learning Support Coordinator.

There are so many.

Learning support coordinator, which again, in an ideal situation, that would be another person as well.

So depending on the role of your school.
