Again, we need to show what we've already tried for this kid.
But what our TLB is, is we think of them as an expert teacher.
They're an experienced teacher.
But what they really are is they're a teacher that have a little bit more time.
So they're able to come into the classroom often once.
Obviously, we've already had consent from whānau.
but the children may not know who or why they're there.
So they'll just kind of quietly observe and see what's happening and then try to put a support plan in place.
And that will, there's a bit of a cycle with that, which is normally about 20 weeks.
And RTLB support really is, and this is where it's an awesome organisation, it's supporting the kete of that teacher.
So although we're there to support the kids, they're going to go, well, actually, you should try this, this and this, or you can try this, this and this.
And over the process of that 20 weeks, normally we put those strategies in place and it's supported them.
supported that child.
Sometimes we may do a re-referral and it can be anything, like you say, from learning to behaviour.
When it's learning, we need to be quite specific.
I'm sure most people probably do, but we've just got a really, you know, an awesome relationship with them.
And again, it's another part of the sector that is...
Relatively stretched.
Yeah.
More resources always.
