It feels to me like we don't really know who's in control.
Like we don't really know who's in control because there are some decisions where they won't even look at a review.
And so you kind of go, well, I know that the referee is supposed to be in control and then someone's on his ear and goes, actually, I think you should have a look at that.
But I just, I don't actually think that anyone is in control of the game.
