So just simply be aware of listening to my words and hearing them. what I'm saying and noticing that your hearing is happening in your head and you're maybe have a part that's preparing, wondering if you're going to do it right.
And then simply just feel as if awareness is identified somehow this awareness like a bubble, invisible bubble, can simply unhook and decenter and drop down so you're aware of your jaw, your smile from your jaw and smile. And then feel as if this bubble, some people feel like it's an invisible elevator, or like an invisible leaf. It just moves down to your throat, to your neck.

And then, so the key is just don't look up to thought and don't look down from attention that you literally, you're directly perceiving the effervescent aliveness, the space, and the awareness from within your throat, and then let your awareness drop below your neck into your upper body.

And then just feel your upper body directly from within, just like you almost take a little deeper breath and let out a sigh. Ah. So we let it center down. So now your head is like your feet. It's still part of you, but it's no longer the center. Your feet aren't the center and your head's not the center. So you're now looking for a safe space that people say, this is me.

Like your heart mind, heart space. And see if you can go subtler and subtler. And now just go into the awake space within the cells, within the atoms, into this heart space. And just rest almost like you're received in this open presence. And then just being aware of the heart space, it's like you're aware from the heart space.

The local awareness can open behind you to discover this field of awareness that's always been there without your help and now is coming forward mixed with aliveness in your body like a wave and then kind of feeling interconnected from your heart space out and any thoughts and emotions can come down
