So the territory is everyday mind is what we walk around in, everyday mind and body. that we're trying our best to survive. So like really a lot of protective parts of us, our main, you know, survive and thrive is our, our motivation for any animal that we are. Right. And then we develop school age.

We secondary process thinking where we have to be independent as we grow up from first, we're dependent on our parents and we're just responding and And then we have to be independent. We develop an ego function, which knows how to just crawl around. And now we have to have an identity that says, what do I need to do? Where do I live?
