So the premise of this throughout the world, what's been called awakening in all these traditions, is there is already here this awakeness within all of us, many people call it being or interbeing is what Thich Nhat Hanh called it, or presence, consciousness itself, prior to personality, but with personality.

So finding that dimension, which often is initially found almost as the sky before it becomes the ocean. And this is what this is, that there is this dimension, and it's often, you know, religious language has been the tradition, but then it can be spiritual but not religious, and now you can be consciousness-based. and or any of the other combination. So there is this awake, aware consciousness like the sky that's alert.

And if you just open to the space in the room and just then be aware of the space as the space, the background awareness, and then come back, include the cloud. So step out of the cloud into the sky, recognize you're also the sky, and then come back. You're not spacing out or spiritually bypassing, you're coming right back.

But now you're aware from this non-thought dimension that ultimately is what the most highly functional happy people call being in flow consciousness. So with open eyes, the fifth level of mind that we're going to is what I call awake loving flow.
