And I remember we were playing the demo, and the interns and the assistants that were working in the building all kind of came upstairs, and they were just like, what is this?

Like, it pulled the people out of the woodwork to come into the studio, and they were just like, wow, this is the one, this is the one.

And it was the one, because we ended up taking that song and bringing it to major labels, and...

Yeah, I feel like that song just let my voice shine in a way that none of the other songs did.

Oh, yeah.

I think I think it was Mark Pitts or something said like, yeah, well, I'll put it I'll send it to radio tomorrow.

And so it was I feel like it was a song that kind of shook shook things up.

So from what I understand, the producer of the song didn't want a new artist to have it.

And so it was given to Keisha Cole.

Um, I mean, it made me feel sad because I think it could have been a really breakout moment for me as an artist.

Uh, and I think they had a lot of people record the song too.

Like I know Jennifer Hudson recorded the song and you know, she sounded amazing, but I just felt like this producer wasn't giving me a chance and I think it would have done really well, but yeah, it was hard.
