Um so brown bread is like a soda bread.

I I would definitely start with the bread that you you like to eat as well.
Yeah.
But um yeah, there's quick breads and there's breads that take a bit longer.
So you could ha soda bread is a quick bread, very traditional in Ireland.
If you think about wheat and breads and soda furls, um there's a white soda bread too that I've shared recipes on uh and then griddle bread.
And it actually um the reason why is because it suited the flour that we had in Ireland.
um back in the day, but of course now we can get all sorts of cars.
We get everything, yeah.
That's right.
So with the brown bread, yeah, it's absolutely a brilliant starter bread because um you can mix it in the bowl, put it straight into the loaf tin, and you can have it ready to eat within the hour.
And the ingredients are really easy to find.
I have a lovely recipe.
It's actually based on my own granny's brown bread.
