Pour it over.

Sorry, add a bit of salt as well to the couscous and you can add a bit of spice, maybe cumin, paprika.

Pour the water over and then cover the bowl in cling film and leave it for about 10 minutes and then take the cling film off and fluff it up with a fork.

So there's no cooking and it should stay really fluffy then.

Roast veg would be perfect.

Yeah, potato salad's always a popular one as well.

And again, you don't have to cover everything in mayonnaise.

That's why I prefer to make it myself rather than buy it.

I find a lot of the time it can be in the mayo.

Again, it can be baby potatoes boiled and then just tossed through like a nice lemony dressing and loads of herbs.

So herbs are brilliant with potatoes as well.

And again, the coleslaw again and just chopped lovely like ripe tomatoes, things like that.

Just keep it simple.

Yeah, summer where we like cold things.

Like we said earlier, the ice cream machine comes out.

I make ice pops.

We do lots of fruit, but serve with yogurt because you don't want anything too heavy or heavy like chocolatey.

So loads of fruit and watermelons.

Brilliant as well for a snack and for after dinner.

Your dinner, and the kids love it too because they just pick it up in their hand.
