So um so I don't make bread regularly, but I I always have some in the freezer.
So I defrosted some focaccia last night, so we're gonna have it for a lunch today.
Yeah, so these are a bit of a trend online.
Um so the two ingredients are self raising flour and Greek yogurt.
So your the the acid in the yogurt is gonna activate the baking the raising agent, which is the baking powder in the self raising flour.
So that's it's good to kinda know why how it works, you know, because you can't use plain flour and Greek yogurt, it won't work.
Um and the acidity in the yogurt is important too.
So um
Um yeah, you just mix that together.
Again, you don't want to overwork this.
Think of it like the um l like the soda bread as well.
If you over mix it, they'll become hard.
So you just want to bring it together till there's no flour.
But you need a little bit of kneading um and then make them into rolls and then get your finger put make a hole in the middle uh for the donut uh sorry, the the the bagel shape and into the oven to bake and they're they're delicious and my kids love them.
Okay.
Yeah, it's the exact same um uh as a as the the bagels really.
You know, they they're very versatile, you can make all different sizes.
But again, just roll them flat and put your um frying pan on a dry heat and you can and you just roll them out nice and thin.
If it's sticky, just add a little bit more flour um and then and and bake them off and they're delicious and and a nice quick one.
You can add it to a curry, you could you know, have them
