So there's there's more variables in the yeast bread, David, if you're gonna give that one a go.

But um I definitely say persist if you're you know, it takes a bit of practice, but um keep keep trying okay.

So yeah, definitely just um not the extra virgin, I would just use the plain olive oil.

You know, I'm a big fan of freezing.

Um, and funny enough, you know, I I I don't make I usually go through phases of making bread.

I'll make loads of bread and then normally I will always make a double batch.

So if I'm making that brown brown bread.

And I recommend if you tr you could try it once in one loaf.

And if you like it, buy two loaf tins and make double and then put one into the freezer.
