But they're they're great and then sorry, the they're lovely also with um cube baby potatoes.

So that's the kinda the the twist on it.

And then yeah, like taco sauces, you know, the extra condiments that you can put on the side are nice to kind of lift the flavours too.

and sour cream and guacamole and coriander.

I love coriander, not everybody does.

Yeah, so um this is a great one.

Uh red lentils are they cook quickly.

Um you're adding in your carrot and celery and again those mild spices that I spoke about.

And then um we're adding tomato puree as well.

And I have a secret ingredient here just to up the protein, which is chopped walnuts.

Um so they're they work really nicely.

Uh they give a nice texture as well.

Um one to try.

And if you're not keen on the walnuts, you can swap

Them out for mushrooms and that all cooks in about 30 minutes as well.

It's a one pot as well.

Just keep stirring it because the lentils can stick to the bottom.
