But look what Brandon had to do to win that WHL title and the distance they had to travel.

This is a full organizational review.
They're looking at everything.
They're making tweaks where they think they need to make tweaks.
And as you said, status quo, this is what happens in the offseason, especially after you go to the first round.
Pretty hard to make changes and major changes when you've gone to back-to-back Stanley Cup finals.
But losing out in the first round, I think it made everybody kind of open their eyes, look at it, and I don't expect this to be it.
There'll be more changes, and obviously looking for a coach now, and with that coach will come who's going to be on board for assistant coaches as well.
This affects a lot of people when you have a season like this and an organization wants to go to work and try and be better.
But that is the nature of the National Hockey League.
It's a winning business, and that's it.
