I've dabbled a little bit, but typically when I'm dealing with something that can burn down your house, I get someone else to do it.
They've been getting better every game.
That's the incredible part.
You have to hand it to Vegas because I think early on, and I'm in that group where I was thinking to myself, I don't know if Carolina can beat Vegas.
The way they're playing, the way they're putting the pressure on, the way they can hem you in.
But it seems like systematically every game the Hurricanes get a little bit better, a little more confident, and they're a really, really good deep defensive team too.
The goaltending change, I think, has had an impact, no question about it.
But I really do believe that this team, every game, has kind of played a little bit tighter, a little bit better.
They're getting big performances from certain guys.
I mean, Jordan Stahl.
Couldn't happen to a better guy.
I mean, this guy has just been a pro his entire career, won a Stanley Cup early, I think his second year or first year in the league, and has a chance now to close it out in game number six and win a second one.
So that's a long time between Stanley Cups, but he has been a force and, again, another guy down the lineup that has a job to do.
Scored 29 goals, I believe, as a rookie.
He's never matched that in his career.
But so valuable in what he does on the ice every night.
And it shows.
