That was about let's see how many that was uh two years actually, two years after we were married.
Basically I was helping my mother with the funeral arrangements.
It's it's a very upsetting sort of

You tend to to make really stupid decisions when you're upset
It was the things I did.
was I I called the minister from the church where I was raised, you know, 'cause we figured, well, why not call somebody who actually knows my father 'cause he hadn't gotten to church.
I don't know when, maybe never.
And um
You know, I hadn't really considered the fact that I hadn't been to that church in twenty years.
This man was retired, but
He was in his eighties.
Um, he hadn't done anything in quite a while, but when we called his wife was so happy that somebody remembered him and um you know, she said, I'll send him down, he'll be so happy and I said that's fine.
He was a nice gentleman.
So um
The day of the wake, uh I w you know, h he uh asked everyone to take a seat so he could say a few words, so
I sat between my mother and and my husband.
And uh the minister
started to talk and we all sat there listening and
Within five minutes we realized that he was saying kind of random things and wandering off and
