By following process, that builds self-trust and that's the foundation of consistency.
And over time that becomes a habit, which is a repeatable behavior, which makes discipline more automatic and less oriented for
having to put so much effort into each decision.
We focus on what we can control, which is the process and not the outcomes.
Because consistency isn't something that you're born with, regardless of personality type.
It's a skill that you can train.
And just like anything else, it takes a lot of repetition to be able to do that.
