And, you know, you can easily turn this back and say, well, it's the guardie's fault.

And what they were saying is it doesn't have to be a thing of pursuit.
You can watch the child or whoever is using these vehicles.
Where are they going home to?
Don't necessarily follow them.
Knock on the door.
Go afterwards.
It doesn't have to be a case where you're chasing these kids or whoever it is through public parks and all the rest of it.
Because the Garda Car obviously can't get through the public parks.
Do you put them on bikes?
Do you put them like you have in the UK?
Do you have Gardaí who are especially trained on driving scrambler bikes?
And there's, you know, all these kind of different ways of looking at it.
But if you have a case where, like Sinéad said, you have a registration system or you have in France and in Spain the insurance that you need to actually use these things, then you can follow them home.
It doesn't have to be an issue of pursuit that puts everyone in danger.
