But Andy is in a totally unique position at the moment in that he's not beholden to anybody.

Normally when you've won a leadership contest or you're on the cusp of winning a leadership contest

You've had to do horse trades and deals with all kinds of people, but he's not had to do that to get to the position he's in.

And therefore he can set out the agenda, including the machinery of government changes, which he started to announce this week with number ten Norse, and then build out the people from that.

And that's the right way to do it, but it's so, so rare that you get given the opportunity to do it that way.

Yeah.

Is that a problem, a danger?

I think that he was he's so closely associated, obviously, with Manchester and indeed Liverpool, because he's not actually he's from Liverpool.

So there is clearly a need to speak to, as I say, the whole country and and demonstrate how h his brand of politics and Manchesterism applies.

I mean, this morning the Times had written up who was who around Andy and they described me as part of the Manchester Mafia, which and the Times have written quite a lot of offensive things about.
