So what tips would you generally give someone who has some sort of anxiety speaking up, whether it's communicating in a team or they have a first keynote or presentation, they're overthinking?
I think that there's also something else that people don't take advantage of, and that's using their team.

Because if you're, as another tip sometimes, or some of my clients, we find a way, is who's on your side?

Who can you say, if you've got someone, particularly if you're lower down, you say, look, I really want to say this.
by telling somebody your intention, it's a bit like accountability.
And also they can help say, oh, so-and-so, did you want to?

It depends where you are in the meeting and what happens.
But I think there's always, as you said, preparing and preparing is either, preparing could be different ways, can't it?
Preparing could be writing a script, having bullet points, speaking in the meetings.

By informing them, you're sort of not only giving information, you're sort of prepping the room and getting them thinking about, you're sort of promoting yourself at the same time.
