They say they want more confidence, but they don't actually know what confidence feels like.
I think people are so detached from their bodies.
So if I say
They want to feel more confident.
What does confidence feel like?
They they talk about outcomes, about the other person, about results.
I said, Yeah, but no.
How do you know what
If you're confident or not.
And some people will say I'm not a confident person or I lose confidence.
