And I love that I have you on, and I do want to give you a chance to introduce yourself to our audience because you have a position as an innovator, but also as a surgeon yourself.

So if you could just introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your background and your work in healthcare.

Yeah, absolutely.

And you know this yourself, right?

We see a lot more higher acuity cases for organizations, but we're also seeing them operate with a lot leaner teams, which doesn't necessarily correlate.

When you look ahead five years, how do you define surgical readiness right now?
