It seems like there is a slightly different role for the CHRO in this sort of configuration analysis.
It elevates the CHRO role into a higher status than has previously been the case.
Speak a bit about that.
So, Brian, do you attribute that shift?
Do you attribute the richness of the discussion that you had and the super clear alignment of talent to value to a delta over time or to that particular set of CHROs and the fact that they were in private equity, et cetera?
Was it sector driven or do you think you had that same conversation a decade ago, as you may well have?
I'm curious, what was the percentage of women in the room who were CHROs?
There is a preponderance of female CHROs.
Is that correct?
