I do see that most people, and this might be you, I don't know, still see them as a stepping stone rather than the end game.

When I guess I question why that needs to be the case as an asset class.

So sure, as your family gets bigger, you need more space.

Does that necessarily mean that you need a house or do you just need a bigger apartment?

That's something that people often don't think through.

But I do see, I guess, a shift in that

there are more people with an openness to living in particularly townhouses and smaller things for affordability.

Or maybe, you know, I haven't done this personally, but maybe you rent that.

Maybe you own the apartment.

You rent a house for the decade where you've got teenagers and they need more space.

And then you go back to the apartment when they leave.

Because I think there's a lot of cases, you know, we look at the empty nesters, you know, people sitting on four or five bedroom homes and there's two of them there.

They've got all the children have grown up.

Yeah.

And it's a different mindset when we've grown up with this idea that the forever home is what we aspire to.

But, you know, your life is not the same.

My life is totally different than it was 10 years ago and even more different than it was 20 years ago.

So why should my housing be the same?

We can evolve with the different seasons and chapters that we live in.
