So, you know, when it comes to other costs of living pressures, people are already really under a lot of pressure with so much of their income going on mortgage or rent.

The other trade-off I guess you're making is that, you know, you're buying stability, you're buying potentially you're investing in an asset that is going to grow.

So there's other trade-offs that might long-term be beneficial around that.

When I was writing this book, I really just hoped that I would be able to have a completely objective view on if we all did this, then this outcome would happen, cause and effect.

Yeah.

What I learned, the more I read, the more people I interviewed, the more I looked into this space, it's immensely complex.

Yeah.

And so while I don't think there is one right answer, I think accepting that there isn't a right answer is actually quite liberating because if you think that somehow you need to buy your forever home or work steps towards it, that in and of itself is
