So I've been trying to think of what that last move could be.
And a name that keeps popping up in my mind is Jadavion Clowney.
That's a guy who the Bears have been kind of linked to in previous years.
I'm not sure they've been linked to him this year, but he's a guy who just makes perfect sense at a position that the Bears, frankly, didn't address properly this offseason.
Biggest surprise.
I wanted to say the running backs, but that tandem really took off last year.
I really think the biggest surprise could be on the defensive, in the defensive front seven.
I think we all know that the secondary is pretty strong, if they're healthy.
Jalen and Thienemann and Bryant.
But that Bears defensive front seven looks like...
it could be better I'm worried but you know I look at the the speed they added in Devin Bush DeMarco Jackson played really well they added some depth with Jack Sanborn they've got a nice uh UDF not a UDFA but a day three pick in uh Keyshawn Elliott who was a linebacker out of Arizona State who was a top 100 prospect in a lot of on a lot of draft boards so the Bears getting him on day three was nice and then you look at you know the guys in the front four Grady Jerick
can't be that bad again this year.
I think he gets a healthy offseason.
I think he'll be better.
He played well down the stretch last year.
His best games were the games against the Packers in the playoffs and the Lions in Week 17, so that's a good start.
We've seen Jervon Dexter play well.
Shamara Turner's got some juice.
They added some depth on the back end of the defensive tackle.
position like this group it's not like they don't have talent but they just don't have impact talent but hey maybe someone pops up out of nowhere it happens every year why can't it happen with the bears
