this all has changed.

But I mean it's also kind of temporary.

And I was also wondering a lot about these things.

But I think now, looking back, it all went it was going so fast.

And the pregnancy is kind of a transition.

And I think

Many things I do not even remember anymore because um I think what comes afterwards, like the life with the kid, is so much happening all the time.

Yeah, I I think pregnancy is also a transition.

I was also very scared um about birth and that it would ruin my body and um that I would have long term damage.

And I think there are maybe people who have long term damage, but but I've also seen many women um who were doing sports who returned um pretty smoothly.

Mm, so I think it's recommended to do this already in the pregnancy.

But then I wanted to take a um I wanted to I was signed up for a course.

But then since I had this complication of that I needed to be careful to avoid premature birth, um I had to rest and I would only allow I was only allowed to do like maybe 10-minute walks.

So I should also not do any exercises for that reason and I I I didn't do any preparation.

So yeah, I mean all this is of course I had another plan for me for I mean, of course I was hoping to have natural birth, but um

I mean in the end there sometimes there are things you cannot really change and um the c section was also a good experience for me.

I mean or like not not necessarily C-section, but it was also for me a a good a good experience to meet my baby.

But it's strange in the C-section, you get anesthesia to not feel pain, but you still feel this movement of um tearing and it feels a bit like if you have like

old towel that get a bit dry and you sometimes they get so dry that you can tear them, then you get uh you know, and this is like how it how it felt, you know, but everything's also going so fast.

Yeah.
