Like was going so like it I mean they have root tea in the people.

I mean

I mean I already had epidural b before because for preach birth that's um what you need to have.

And then the very end of the birth they decided to do the C section.

And when you have the epidural, that epidural they just put um bit more product and then actually it's going pretty fast that you have the anesthesia and they go ahead and then you have the baby, get the baby.

Yeah, you don't know, yeah.

And I mean of course it's a surgery and I would never I mean I would never be excited about a surgery to be honest.

Like if I had the choice to become father

I will become father.

That's I mean the pregnancy, I mean

I would not say that there's you go through it without any um impact.

I mean, of course, um also during the pregnancy you need to be careful how much exercise you can do.

You had to have all these decisions in your brain going on, like is it too hot?

Is the c right too hard?

Is it too dangerous?

Might I fall?

Um you have the we cannot share responsibility.

And then of course there's the entire story of you need to you gain a lot of weight, like I never gained.

So much weight in my entire life before, then you also lose so much weight again, or you maybe you need to make an effort to lose that weight again.

Breastfeeding, you give the baby your iron, your omega-3, whatever you have.
