My goal was to do a few long rides to get the endurance in again.
Um, but also not to stress about perfect perfect preparation.
And my plan was also like if if this doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.
Like the good thing is like if you prepare like not very perfectly, you also don't c it doesn't come with so much pressure.
So my goal was to have a few long rides and then also just see how it goes.
And I think the longest distance before
Before I did like 120k ride on the road with um 3,000 meters of elevation.
Um so yeah.
And also what was really nice, um like I started working again in April and in March we had already um daycare but on demand.
So I could just text um the woman for the daycare.
So the idea was to get the kid used to daycare and also um
Yeah, for me to sometimes have some time because before I really need to wait for my partner to come home from work so that I can go in the home trainer and
Because when you have taking care of a baby you have not so much time for training or you need to train during the sleep.
And this is also a bit frustrating sometimes when they wake up earlier.
But well, I mean, um then yeah, I had this daycare sometimes and I sh I was just um taking four hours of daycare for him.
And I was going skiing, I was going cycling, and that was actually pretty, pretty cool.
And it also helped to get a bit more um training in.
But yeah, the pre preparation was not perfect.
And also the race, I mean
I had um very nice five hours, but then there's also a lot of suffering to be honest.
