Um yeah, I mean also the thing is like I got um like my kid was sick when we went to the trucker and I already felt a bit
Not so well before.
And then uh directly after the race I was full on sick for two weeks and I think maybe I already carried some virus.
That's something that's hard with kids and I completely didn't know before, is that they need to build the immune system and if you want or not you help with that.
So actually I mean not every call is super hard, but I will say I would say every month I have at least three days of something, kind of.
And this is I never had every month?
I have a at least like something like the nose is blocked or uh
Because he's also also sick.
I mean it's never, never very hard or it's usually not very hard, but I mean they bring it home.
Also my partner is sick a lot more than um
than before.
So but I was told by parents of young kids that this is kind of normal that they bring home the infections.
Yeah, it's more frequent frequent I would say.
I mean I normally I was maybe sick twice a year or yeah.
Wow.
So basically
When you're breastfeeding, you cannot um stop from one day to the other, or you can't cannot say, Okay, today I do a long ride and I don't breastfeed at all, because then you would get pain and you your breast would feel very full and it hurts kind of.
And also that would reduce the milk production for this would be a signal for the body to decrease the milk production.
So you kind of need to get rid of
