And I mean for the like what I um was doing.

So I mean this like in the beginning when I started around the six sixth month, I was pumping I think every four hours.

Now it's a bit less.

So I was milk pumping usually when I'm not with the baby because I mean you cannot I mean of course you can maybe find some organization or some people driving you the baby with you or you come back home or but I was usually pumping, taking the pump with me.

Then you can um take the milk and you throw it.

And for the baby, I mean I also try to build a stock like by pumping every day a bit so that I have um some make in the freezer so that he can have

breast milk and if it doesn't work because for example for the tracker we couldn't bring the frozen breast milk to Girona so they were g yeah we're giving powder milk so I like formula milk.

Yeah.

I mean it sounds very impractical but apart from cycling breastfeeding is actually super practical because you I mean if the baby's hungry you just take it the milk is like it's a relaxing

It's um like if you have bottles, you need to clean the bottles, you need to take the bottles, you need to

wash them and I mean in the end.

And it's also a nice moment, I think, with the kids.

So and it's a very powerful tool to calm them down.

I that's also and for the for the colds and the infections, also um the breast milk when when my baby is sick and I'm also sick, I give him my immune response through the breast milk.

So actually, um there are studies that show that kids who are breastfed, they that's good for their immune system, they get less infection.

So yeah, for that reason I'm still breastfeeding.

But now it's getting less.

And less.
