but I it feels a bit s felt a bit scary to go because it was the first night without the kid.

But then when I w was riding, I actually f it it was pretty nice.

I I was not it wasn't that I was constantly worrying or constantly um of course sometimes I was thinking of the kid of course and I was also calling but it was not that I could not enjoy the ride anymore.

Yeah.

I I think that part of myself is still there and I'm also still motivated to sign up for things or set some challenges.

But I also feel that I mean the energy level is of course a bit um or is necessarily lower, but the energy is consumed uh

For the kids.

So I don't feel like having long weekends where I do two long rides all the time.

So I sometimes also I like to have a chill weekend.

Yeah.

And maybe rather schedule um a long ride and take a day off because then yeah, the weekends is also a bit hard because there you don't have daycare.

So what I also did for that two day trip, I so that my boyfriend does not have an entire weekend where he cannot do something for himself.

For that, for example, I took just two days off from work and then I went bike picking and my kid was going to daycares usually and he had him in the evening and

These are things that I I mean, normally I would not ha have thought too much about it, but now of course there's a lot more logistics involved.

So I um I had um uh M C section because um my baby was breached so the head was up and um

So at first it was natural birth, but then in the end they made a C-section because there's there are more risks involved with that birth decision.

And yeah, so the first I would say particularly the first two weeks were pretty rough.

Like the first week was also in the hospital because then I also got a cold and then you had the cold and the baby was awake all the time.
