On the breast and it works, but it was not like that for me.
So at first, um, I need to figure that out because the baby was not drinking well, then there was some pain involved, and then you don't sleep a lot because the baby doesn't have a rhythm at all.
And then I still it had to cough because um of the cold, and I had the C-section scar.
So this was pretty rough, I would say, because I mean in the beginning it hurts a lot.

And also, I mean, when the breastfeeding doesn't work, I also felt it was I felt very incompetent, you know, because I thought these kind of things are very I mean, you never see Postpartum women, I think.

So I tried, but then I thought, okay, it's still too early.
But after six weeks I um started doing easy stuff on the home trainer.
