And I mean, I think all small business is tough, but the gym business is a tough business.
But there's something about...
the aspect of community camaraderie.
And I think, you know, that's why I wanted to tell that story when I was 13 years old, like that's what it did for me, right?
Like it really altered my life in a lot of ways, right?
And like the, you know, to me, it was like the locker room is the thing I remember and the hard training with my team is what I remember more than the championships and the games.
And right, like that part, like I said, like the sport gave me
all of these character values, what you'd call eulogy values over resume values, right?
And I'm like, man, that's why I love the craft and I wanna have a space where we develop character and all these other things beyond the body transformation, which obviously is important.
And I'm a brick and mortar face-to-face guy.
I do stuff online now too, but to me, walking to the gym every day, shaking hands, kissing babies, and coaching, I love that stuff.

It's one of those things where it's like, I get from it.
Some people are like, man...
When I do an hour of this, it exhausts me, right?
There's stuff for me that I'm like, yeah, that exhausts me.
But to me, when I'm coaching people and right people are leading, most of the time, most of the time, it gives me a lot of energy, right?
Like I said it to you, you're 21 and I still coach quite a lot.
