In the grand scheme of things, if you become a client and you're like, hey, I want to get stronger.
If you train for a year, is it really going to make a world of difference if you do six reps or eight reps?
Not really.
Right.
And as much as I'm like, please, let's talk about, you know, training, but, but I'm like, if you keep showing up for the whole year and you put in a great effort and you stay consistent, like you're going to get stronger.
You're going to build muscle at six or eight reps.
yeah right or if you do linear or undulate you know it's like yes yes and you could say this is better right like but in but the big picture is can i help you to get consistent with these things yes right correct and i think we lose kind of that you know and again i will raise my hand i'm like one of the geekiest people like when it comes to like the science of all this stuff right but
the big picture is the way we help somebody change your life is that at the end of the year, you go like, oh wow, like you got like 184 workouts this year, you know?
Yes, yes.
Oh, you went for a walk like on 302 days.
I guarantee your life's different.
Even if I don't look at your like actual program, right?
And yes, you could probably go like, well, you could have got a lot more out of this.
You could have got a lot more out of that.
But the truth is,
If you got somebody and help somebody to do that, I mean, you're changing lives, right?
You know, the thing about that too is I think for, and by the way, for coaches and for people getting into it, I think sometimes you have to be careful because there's so much information.
You're just getting blasted by it, right?
