I think some people need more of it.

But it's like usually it's not the person, right?

It's the coach is just doing so much of the same stuff.

It's like, let me find some cool stuff, right?

And they start implementing it.

Now, that's fine.

But if you start getting some cool challenging stuff to a new person and they feel incompetent, now you're not doing your job, right?

Yeah.

So it's like competence, autonomy, and relatedness, which just means like,

Self-determination theory says, how are we human beings intrinsically motivated?

Like what gives us motivation without the care, right?

If I get better at something, I feel more motivated, right?

Autonomy is if I have choice, like I have control and I make the choice, I'm gonna be more motivated.

And then relatedness is like the community aspect.

Like if I'm doing it with other people that are supportive of me, I'm gonna be more motivated.

If I can get somebody in a session and help them improve and give them competence, you did a little more weight.
