But you got the effects of it, meaning at least on the side of
you know, like for example, a lot of my friends were still Bosnian, Serbian, you know, but then you had this divide of people that are like, hey man, like we're friends, but here's this war going on, you know?
And so growing up in many ways, like I don't have these, until there wasn't any contrast, like you don't really have these memories of like, oh, it was bad, you know?
Because you adapt to, you know, we're very hedonic as a species, right?
It's like,
Good, bad, you adapt to it.
And then you're a kid.
It's hard to fully comprehend, I'd imagine, what's going on.
Absolutely.
And so I think I have, I'd say, mostly very good memories of childhood and things of that nature.
And then you have, again, the stresses of everything now when I look back, I felt like it was beneficial to me.
Like, for example, you know, learning new languages, moving to different places.
I feel like to this day, I tell the younger generation, like, travel.
You know, because you get out in the world and you realize we're much more like... I think it's very, very good for... Honestly, like, just understanding people better, cultures better.
Like, you know, you go to different cultures.
And I've lived in a lot of places around the world.
And I've been to... I think it's, like, closing on 50 countries, right?
So...
It's like, oh, like in here, if you burp, it's like not good.
But here, if you burp, it's kind of like, hey, that was a good meal.
