You want to do jujitsu.
You want to, you know, even like stuff, you want to go on an eight mile hike.
You want to play with your kids.
You want to,
you know if you don't like i have seen man listen i have seen in person you know dads that don't athletically train and go like all right i'm gonna go play with play with the kids i've seen a live acl tears achilles tears you know because the body just wasn't prepared for it and then then they'll think they'll go like well see i'm not just supposed i'm not supposed to be doing that yeah well that's not true you just have to prepare your body to be able to do that right and so
Again, what I love about that is like when I started kind of writing these training programs, it was just for myself, but for clients.
One, I started realizing that people like to have athletic things in their programs.
Number two, it was like, well, the best way to not lose an ability is to keep training it, maintain it.
And then it was also like how do you get people back to doing things in a nice like longer runway progressive way because it's going to carry over to life.
Because the truth is, you know, I know the people that we train at Vigor Ground and, you know, the two different facilities.
We've never had a person come in and just go, I take that back.
Maybe once or twice in my career where it's like a person wanting to do a bodybuilding show.
And they're like, hey, I got to look the best possible on stage.
But in the vast majority of situations, it's a mix of like, look, I want to feel better.
I feel like crap.
I'm tight.
My back's hurting.
I'm out of breath.
I can't do anything athletic.
I want to look better.
