And that's something that I'm very big on is leading with vulnerability because it invites that invite.
That is what when we say when we invite people in, our vulnerability invites people in.
And I would even, you know, and I would even go a step further in saying that
role like just good human role models like there is like young boys need good strong women as role models too and young girls need good strong men good comp strong competent resourceful humans yes yes and that's and that's i think once we can and i'm very big on this is uh rising above
you know, the genders and saying what makes a strong, competent human.
And that is what's important because I see so much of this and it's just horribly toxic and just disgusting, you know, rhetoric is,
men trying to, trying to harbor or trying to gatekeep behaviors or values, you know, and it's, it's, it's gender superiority, it's gender essentialism.
And so dumb.
It's like the most, it's just like, why?
Why would a behavior or value only be allowed to be embodied by men?
It's the most ignorant take I come across and I see it all the time.
This is not to be a good man, to be a good woman.
You need to be a good human.
