And that's the thing too, because you don't want to, you know, to try and shame, then this be, you know, no gender, like whatever gender, to try and shame someone into action.
And there's a fantastic quote, and I can't remember who it says, but shaming someone will never, shaming will never move people into action.
It will only move them into acting.
I love that.
And that's it.
And, you know, and you can't, and you can't fix a shame problem with more shame.
And I think that that's, I think that that's a real sort of disconnect we have at the moment between the genders is that men feel a lot of shame coming in.
They're already so steeped in shame that, you know, they don't want more of it.
So it's about, it's how do we motivate, how do we, how do we call men into action without doing it through shame and doing it through purpose and doing it through belonging and doing it through connection.
And that's where, sorry, sorry.
And that's where that.
The vulnerability comes in.
The absolute antithesis to shame is vulnerability, speaking our truth.
