But you need to sit back and say, give them time.
And that's what they're going to be working on the last four weeks and then over preseason.
They'll come back next year and they'll have a better understanding of what each other's going to do because...
This is a teething process, and it's been ugly.

But then as soon as Collingwood got a goal, I reckon those nightmares from last year came back in.
The fact that Collingwood were able to beat them late in the season, were able to beat them in that first final.
The fact that when these big pressure games come on, do a few guys go missing or do they second guess themselves?
Do they hesitate?
Because the Adelaide that I saw in the home and away season last year was a different team that I saw in the finals.
They second guessed every move.
They weren't playing on natural instinct.
