Dennis, how are you?

Same for me.

And very impressive that you are the longest continually serving member of BBC Chartering.

Tell us how long you've been there.

So half your life I read.

So it's quite unusual in this business for people to stay in a company so long.

Why do you think you've stayed at BBC?

You just keep getting them.

So you're from Ukraine, now living in Dubai, running the show here in Dubai.

Tell us about your early career, how you got started in the business.

So you started in Lear.

And what are the major differences that you found working in Europe compared to running things here?

people's interaction side which is opposite here there's no paper here it's all about people talking to people yeah so that's a major difference i think so let's get into the middle east then you've only got to look at breakbook middle east see how much that's grown how busy it is um it is a good market maybe not as good as it was a couple of years ago but what's driving all the the growth and the activity from your perspective i think um
