Well, this joint thing is interesting because if you look at the fact that Edison's been called up, the Atlanta midfielder, the side of Man United, a lot of the chat in Brazil is like, well, he was crying out for that because people think that he felt like he had made a mistake by not calling up enough midfield players.
He gets called up because Wesley gets injured, who's basically an attacking right back, and he replaces him with a central midfield player to shore that up because he didn't choose enough of them in the first place.
But the decline, I mean, I'm not an expert in Brazilian football at all, obviously, but I think the decline in Brazil's performances at the very sharp end on the international stage seemed to me to have coincided almost exactly with the increasing earliness that...
young players seem to be leaving Brazil now.

And so it feels like Brazil's almost like got an identity problem with what it actually wants to do.
I think they have got a better squad than people.
If you look at the amount of forwards that he's picked and a lot of them are proper household names.
The list of forward players that Breda have got in their squad, Vinicius Junior, Mateus Cunha, Neymar, Rafinha, Hendrik, Luis Enrique, who I admit I don't know much about, Gabriel Martinelli, Igo Tiago, and then Ryan, the young Bournemouth player.
He looked like he was under massive pressure when he had that cigar on those two girls around him at Carnival.
He's got a carry with injury, hasn't he?
