It's a classic high school movie.

You know, just knock on heaven's door over here.

Well, I did not see the assembly of the sandwich, but I think everyone knows how to put together a grilled cheese.

Right, but you have to put it inside the panini press.

The panini press looks almost like the claws that you'd use to break up a pork butt if you've been smoking something on the grill.

But no, you put the two pieces of bread in, and you clamp it together, and the panini press will slide into most traditional-shaped toasters.

So if you have a toaster oven— On the right side.

I don't think it'll fit in the toaster oven, but if you have just a normal toaster, you can use this.

I got to go skillet.

I remember my late grandmother, Italian woman, Helena Perazzi Orth, used to do it in the skillet.

And it was fantastic.

There's the smell of it.

It's cast iron.

You have all the old oil in there.

It hasn't been cleaned in decades.

It just has a good, nice fit to it.

So I'm a skillet person.

And honestly, I'm such a curmudgeon when it comes to all these new food trends.

There's pellet grills.

There's air fryers.
