I'm joking, everybody.

But yes, that's what I do.

I'm a simple caveman.

Now, do you weigh down your grilled cheese?

Do you have like a brick you use?

So I have in the past used the bacon press to put on top of the bread with the grilled cheese.

But to me, the grilled cheese, I couldn't eat one in late May.

It has to be in the winter, and it has to be accompanied by the tomato soup.

So it's seasonal for me.

I won't eat one between now, probably not until October.

You wouldn't freshen it up with a nice slice of heirloom tomato?

Oh, I think so.

I think you have to have something that gears it towards the spring-summer season.

But just straight-up grilled cheese.

We're out of season for that right now.
