I mean, it was extraordinary.

And the one thing I would say is that for any criticisms people might have of polling in the UK, in the US, it is much more of a Wild West.

Here, because we have the British Polling Council, with whatever limitations it might have, you know, you do have that.

You have to have published two polls beforehand.

You know, you have to put your data tables up.

You have to abide to those rules on.

Things like question ordering.

And there's nothing like that in the US.

In the US, you know, there are some arrangements, but nowhere near to the same degree.

And the fact that someone could put a fake poll up and for it to influence, you know, people's thinking so much, I think is really, really extraordinary.

I don't want to sound too pious, but one of the things which I am always conscious of when we put out a poll is we are reflecting public opinion, but also people are going to act on the basis of our polls, right?

And I think I do speak for the vast majority of UK pollsters where I work for.
