And there is a big problem with that when I listen to you, Krasi, and saying that they the children won't report it or under report it.

So a different version of them shows up for the family report.

You have to in your documents, in your affidavit and in your applications to the court, I think you need to name the coercive control.

The children may not see it, and I don't think the court requires the children to see it.

In the family reports, like if you can set out actual things that happened when you were together, like hogging all of your attention so you couldn't tend to the children, that sort of thing, where they're half-hearted about the children.

If you can put examples of that in your affidavit, because you don't know what happens at their house once you're separated, you can only rely on before and after and what happened in the past.

And I think you've just got to tell your story.

Because people tell us things and then they go, I don't know how to put that in an affidavit.
