Well, the court has never really interfered with the day to day care of children when they're in a parent's care, except when they started to have to cooperate for doctors and things like that.
So I don't think a person alleging that you allow the kids more screen time and you bribe them with things and make their life I've always said bribery works if they're feeling terrible, just help them feel better.
But i the alienation allegations come when the mother usually is suspected or accused of
bad mouthing the ex and it's got to be a lot more direct than just having a different lifestyle.

And it's really hard to disprove, I guess, either way.
But I think the opposite of alienation as an explanation for the children resisting.
The opposite of that is the children's lived experience.
And so if you're doing affidavits or anything presenting to the court, put down the things that the children have had to go through.
