It the best way when you cobble together the orders and I think the ones we have are quite intense and specific, but you do need to go and see a lawyer once you've put them all together to make sure that they say what you think they say because when you read orders you know what you mean.
But y if it's going to have to be interpreted by a third person, if you end up in court you need to know that it says what it you want.

Our fourteen year olds ch views are very relevant in the court and the fact that the two older siblings have also stopped going or not having time with him means that it is their lived experience with the father.
And so alienation is not at play here.
Uh these children and at fourteen, these children are making up their own minds.
And it's not that you
stopped them.
So you'll be fine.
Parental alienation hasn't got much runway in the court lately, and there are people who are really upset with the court for that.
But alienation is the first resort, I reckon, of someone who's
damage the children or damage the relationship with their children and won't take responsibility.
The Family Law Act used to say that at fourteen, the children's wishes, basically, the deciding factor, right?
They took that number out of the Family Law Act because what was happening was people were pressuring a child as they c grew to be fourteen to make a decision.
But really fourteen was in the act in the legislation and as one of the judges said one day, perhaps we should remember that.
So you are fine with your fourteen year old.
